At SPARQL, every piece is carefully selected and inspected to meet our quality standards. Due to the nature of jewelry and hygiene considerations, we operate a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be considered only if:
- The item received is damaged or defective upon delivery
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product delivered)
All requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Items worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items reported after the 24-hour window
3. Condition of Returned Items
Where a return or exchange is approved:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and boxes must be intact
- SPARQL reserves the right to inspect items before approval
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued strictly as store credit only
- SPARQL does not offer cash or bank transfer refunds
- Store credit can be used for future purchases and is non-transferable
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
Please allow 5–10 working days for store credit to be issued after approval.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences must be settled before dispatch
- Exchanges may only be done once per order
6. Delivery Costs for Returns
- If the error is from SPARQL, return delivery costs will be covered by us
- If the return is due to customer preference, delivery costs will be borne by the customer
7. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted
8. Sale Items & Promotions
All items purchased during sales, discounts, promotions, influencer codes, festive offers, or special campaigns are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item delivered is damaged or incorrect.
9. Right to Refuse Returns
SPARQL reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions stated above.

To report an issue, please contact us via our official communication channels with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
