  • Other Nigerian states: 2–5 business days

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s operations

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, public holidays, strikes, or courier issues are outside SPARQL’s control
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer

  • SPARQL is not responsible for items lost or damaged after confirmed delivery
